What exactly does "SOUNDS LIKE YOU DONE" mean? And luckily i dont live in California because it sounds like you guys think you are above the law from the way you are talking. what do you think this is the wild west? I am always respectful to everyone including police officers. But i dont kiss anyones ass ever, period. And yes a cop can follow you but he cant pull you over for something you didnt do and fabricate a charge. You actually have to break the law in order to get pulled over in CT. and no i wont buy him shit if i see him off duty and i want be an asshole to him either. He deserves nothing from me. We will see about my attorneys letter which will be followed up with a phone call the same day. For some reason i dought it will be thrown away. Especially if i demand action. its not as easy as you say for the police chief to brush this off. He will have to respond in some way especially if im willing to file a lawsuit which i am. And as far as me being disrespectful by saying that i own this lot. What was i supposed to say when i do actually own it. Should i have told him im tresspassing and to arrest me. By the way have you ever heard of harrassment in CA. Or is that law not on the books there.
Im not trying to say anything bad about law enforcement offivers in general. this is my personal experience with one cop that i think happens to have a problem and is most likely a shitty cop. Thats it nothing less nothing more. I will be sure to keep everyone posted on what happens tuesday. Who knows where its gonna go. but i just want some answers. By the way i also found out that by law a town officer can pull someone over on a state highway in CT. But can only hold the person there and call in statetroopers and hand it over to them. So the ticket he got on the highway will definately be thrown out. Now i just got to deal with the fact that he got a ticket for no turnsignal when he wasnt turning anywhere. this cop is nuts.
