So, basically, I haven't solved the issue of the Dell not connecting to my current wireless network, but it really doesn't matter!

FYI...

Ram is so cheap right now, I decided to upgrade my new MacBook from 1GB of Ram to 2GB. I found a great price here at Crucial Technology. The cost was only $87.99. This memory is made for the Mac, and has the exact same specs. as the factory upgraded memory. I installed it last night in about 10 minutes, and the computer instantly recognized it. The additional cost for the extra 1GB of memory when you buy your new MacBook is $175, so I think this is a pretty HOT deal.

Just sharing.

Tiny Design Flaws in the Apple Extreme Base Station.

1. Why would the other (3 wired) LAN port on the box has 10/100 Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet ports? (It should be the Gigabit 1000 Mbps ports instead, my D-Link Dir-655 has Gigabit ports and bit cheaper.) Some people (like me) got Gigabit NICs in their workstations and Gigabit Switches.

2. Where are the antennas?

Why indeed. This may not answer your question http://reviews.cnet.com/wireless-acc...-32307438.html but it may help. As far as the antenna is concerned it's inside. Mine is the same and i have never has a problem.
