whoops. missed that. (my heart dropped for a second, thinking they updated the base model a little over a week after I got mine ; every mac fanatic's worst nightmare. But I am ok now and I love my MBP

Has anyone updated from Tiger to Leopard? I am thinking about buying a family pack so that I could install on other Windows boxes I have laying around.

Will I lose programs installed on my Tiger?

Many here have. Refer to Leopard thread. Do the archive/install option. You will not lose any programs "if" they are compatible with Leopard. Install on other "windows" boxes????
