Saw people a few hundred people lined up at stores around Time Square this morning around 4 am the the freezing cold while coming back from a concert. Some even had tents and the whole camping gear. I scratch my head, trying to think of what kind of discount and how much money really can you save at a Puma or Addidas store to make you want freeze your balls off in the cold.
I mean, nothing is more than $150, so even if they were donating free marchandise I'd still rather watch them at the 12 o'clock news from the comfort of my bed. Only in America!

Just getting home from work (16 hrs). My brain is fried, one of the helo had a wiring problem and had to figure it out. Turn out a "freaking" circuit breaker and bus coupler was the culprit. I hate being a "spark chaser" sometimes, because you can't see or feel the darn electrons. Oh - did online shopping on top of that. Why would you stand in line for something that you can buy on-line? The merchandize are about the same price and you can ship it anywhere. People that stand in line in the middle of the cold and freeze are a little nutty (IMO). Also, bought some stuff for my self.

Went no where on Friday. I went to one store today - Walmart - for a special that started at 8am. Got a Playstation 3 80gig, for $499 and got 15 free BlueRay DVDs with it. Then came home, painted the bonus room, and now enjoying some sweet water whilst watching BR's on the big screen. buuuurrrrrrp.

woke up at 9, ran three miles with my uncle's dog, walked around a college campus, looked at martha stewart houses with my aunt, ate leftovers, and then the DVD Player broke.
So I went to walmart at 9:42, and get the black friday special 1080p DVD player for $30 in and out in 3 minutes. then i watched Die Another Day and surfed Ebay Pretty nice. |

Went to run for 3 hours, my last long run in my marathon training program. Doing the Honolulu Marathon on December 9.
Came home, the CEO asked me to start setting up the Christmas lights, I said yes, took a shower, ate lunch, and took a nap for 2 hours. Just woke up actually and there is no way I'm doing anything else today. The darned Christmas lights can wait till next weekend. For now I'm just enjoying catching up with everybody here at our xoutpost.com

Yup, i concur with everyone else. The best deals are the ones you can get online.

I also sat around, went to costco and spent $300 (planned to keep it under 100, but you know what happens), the usual stuff.

Went to the Woodbury outlets in the early afternoon, hit Manhattan in the evening. The crowds (and traffic) were obnoxious for the former, but I realize the "deals" that they give out at outlets are useless for me since i never like what they put up for sale.
