I have to question the advantage of these limited production supper cars like the M. My 535 is so powerful and fast I never get to use it to its full potential. Other than the ego effect of having the best of the best what are you going to do with the additional power?

Blue, Blue, Blue, Blue, Blue.......

Not everyone buys a car because of the pretty insignia stamped on the hood, or cause of the stereo or nav system..

M cars and such are not built for drivers like you. They are built for drivers like me and Gresch and Wagner and Lemans, etc.

Don't worry, you need not buy those cars if you don't need/want the performance.. But to suggest that the rest of us are only buying ego mobiles is quite a subjective view point.

You're missing out. Even my wife has tracked our Porsche and had the time of her life. Cars to some of us are more than just transportation. With your attitude you might as well drive a Vespa or if you're looking for an ego trip you can upgrade and use a limo service.

B Line if take the car to the track the extra power is useful but on the road how do "drivers like you" use the extra power?

With this logic, why not buy a Smart. It does just above posted highway speeds. There is no need for a twin turbo 5 series. Where are you using the extra power.......Phil

My logic is that you reach a point of diminishing returns, the 535 has tons of power and I am not sure what you would do with even more?
