Those looks awesome - very nice! I believe people like the middle one because it looks like a regular "X" letter. Maybe, if you move the "X" letter a nudge to the left and make the "O" looks like it belongs to the "utpost.com?"

xnsf, those look really good.

I also like the ones from bmwman and LVR. LVR's would look good if the X were more similar to the BMW font.

All of you did a great job, IMO.

I like the strength of that version of "X". It is reminiscent of the "X" that is verboten per BMW thugs. I think that strength is what will distinguish this as a site dedicated to BMW X vehicles as opposed to a site advocating people check the box with an X or more generic "X"s.

I would have to Agree! That's a very strong "X"

Yes, the X "strength" is good.

It's tricky to find a logo for a non-word like "xoutpost" though when there is desire to emphasize the "X"

Some of the examples, in the posts above, have a large X in front of what appears to be the URL "outpost.com"... bmwman3241's are the only one that makes it absolutely clear that the URL is "xoutpost.com" -- I'm not saying that one would not get there from the others. I really like LVR's images but those don't make it clear what the URL is...

It is definitely "rough" though. Maybe LVR can run with it. He seems to be great with graphic design. Mine is a bit pixelated since I used Adobe Photoshop, maybe someone else can set it up through Adobe Illustrator, which is much better for this sort of thing. I can send the font file I used on the "Outpost.com" if you all like it.
