well some folks have been complaining for years about the people being awarded the prize for virtually nothing .
seems as though the prize has become like haemorrhoids , sooner or later any bum can get one .

Could you elaborate that statement? I'm having trouble seeing the connection between squatters/abandoned buildings and Arabs/French police...
