The HTC Desire is working perfectly with my 9th generation bluetooth ULF.

Transfers all contacts without any problems and call quality is good.

From reading your posts, it seems that the main issue is the contacts transfer which is solved by transferring each contact one at a time?

I think our main problem is that Suna Traffic are encrypting the data as it is a user pays service, I don't know how we would get around that.

I would be happy to pay for it if that what it takes...

Both phones work well with my BMW Bluetooth ULF which I installed in 2007.

I am in Australia and am trying to access the new RDS-TMC service which BMW is not supporting at the moment as is unlikley to support for earlier build cars.

I have MK4 Navigation with a BM54...

From what I can see the Australian RDS-TMC standard is similair to the UK standard...
