I ground the edges of the hex bolts until they fit. Problem solved!

Hopefully I can finish the install tomorrow and then I can test it out with the Harbor Freight trailer I'm building.

You MUST use each key occassionally or the battery will die!

If you have the ability, you can replace the internal battery. Worth a shot before buying a new key from the dealer. The battery is like $10. You NEED to use each key every so often so it continues...
