If this is the plastic backing of the seat, how about using some All Purpose Cleaner (APC) from Megs/Autosmart at 10:1 and a nailbrush and wipe over with a damp microfibre.

At first I thought it was Aluminium side runners or the Window regulators or something inside the door that was loose....closer inspection found it was the Fuel pump under the car vibrating...
