New Battery every 2 oil changes
Just had my 2014 X5 3.5 serviced and they replaced the main battery. Dealer said it was normal maintenance and would be replaced every 2nd oil change. Car only has 14k miles on it and no battery...

Did you ever find out what the probelm was?
I have the same problem. doesn't happen all the time. Screen is dark but the information is there if you use a light source. Everything else works fine. Screen lighting comes back after removing FOB...
