no, dont think so zulu. no indication of coolant leak nor did the car overheat on her 15 minute drive home on the highway. fixing to go take it apart now.

Did mine in my 3.0 and just wanted to reinforce what you've already been reading. Do not buy aftermarket. I did and eventually had to replace with oem. Hope your 4.4 is as easy as my 3.0 was.

My lights were really bad which may have kept any of the kits working. The only thing that worked for me was 2000 grit wet sandpaper that left no marks at all.

Get on youtube and search for how to change ccv. I did it on my 01 3.0 and i am no mechanic. It was a bit of a pain though. You might also read about the oil filter housing gasket leak in the forum....

Bavauto good source for parts?

Need secondary air pump and pump control valve. Bavauto has them with the pump being about $50 less than anyone else. Do you have feedback from buying parts from them? Thanks
