Just wrap it.. I paid $4 shipped for a 1'x1' 3M piece of vinyl off eBay which is plenty for the steering wheel trim. The vinyl is actually very forgiving.

I used 3M Scotchprint 1080 Matte Dark Grey...

I used 3M Scotchprint 1080 Matte Dark Grey Metallic Vinyl to cover the steering wheel trim.. VERY similar to the accents on the door handles.

Why not change the wheels yourself? I rarely trust a shop (or even BMW for that matter) to handle my wheels.. They always end up scuffing around the lugs, placing the wheels face down, or something...

Personally I don't even see a need for the index...

Personally I don't even see a need for the index cards.. All of the overspray I had either came off with a microfiber cloth or after the first hand wash of the tires.
