They don't unlock from their window seperate window switch? The drivers side may have broken... or bad connection... It might have bad connection inside window switch, happened to me.

so did you figure it out? I cleaned them myself. you have to remove HPS covers(one bolt) and you will see those rubber wires where the water travels... you can then take off sun cover, hand holder...
