Noise in rear end
'02 3.0 with increasingly loud hum and whine in rear end. Carrier bearings or cv? Any ideas? I'd like to have an idea before taking it in. Thanks!

I feel your pain. I have replaced the two rear ones in my wife's 325 within a month of one another. THEN, the rt rear on the X5 went out last week and before I can get it installed the front one quit...
