What are you thinking the monthy costs will be?
Last October a friend got a '08 DCT M3 for about $1050 a month for 3yrs/15k miles with the standard $2500 down (plus fees, etc...). Also this was during the 1% program.

Thats nothing, my dealer (BMW of Peabody) gave away their E93 M3's for $699 a month last year. Some guy on BF got it and holy :wow: what a deal.

I'm going to buy a lottery ticket tonight for my Black Sapphire on Sakhir Orange X5M. There were a ton of Dark Blue X6M's at the plant a couple weeks ago, and some various silver/gray colored X5M's.

Good luck with whatever you choose, but hey, if they guy across the country said he'll cover all that shit, go for it. You really can't transfer your tags to your new car? Even Taxachusetts lets you do that...

I think you guys are being overly optomistic on the residuals for the ///Ms. I just came back from the dealer, I'm working on ordering my X6. The residual for the 2009 X6 is 58%, which they believe will carry over to the 2010 MY.
FYI - the residuals for the 2009 ///M models and the new 7 are all 43% and 44%. (3 years, 15K miles)

I posted 2010 M5 residulas above.

You know what sucks... The wheels are really horrendous. They look like the type of wheels that belong on an X3 base model.

It doesn't seem to be an option putting the X6M wheels on the X5M... :(

Yeah, they look like a larger version of the X3 wheels. :dunno: But, for some reason they have grown on me.

Alice, please get glasses Alice. I KNOW I saw residuals of 43 and 44 on the 7 and the M3, my eyes must have picked up the M3 numbers again when I looked for the M5. :dunno:

I guess my point is if the M3 and 7 are new models, the assumption is that the X5M and X6M would follow suit on the residual rates.
