Sent the video to my mechanic. He is convinced it's the wheel bearing.
Ordering them both from FCP tonight and by the weekend I should have both of them replaced .

Stopped by the shop, looks like he was right. The bearing was shredded , had to completely disassemble cv axle and swing arm, the hub was baked onto the shaft, he said it was impossible to take out the "normal" way.
The other side is easier. Either way, we found the problem.
The other suspension components look good he said, kind of impressed they don't look that bad at 140k miles. Either way I'm gonna start replacing them , front kit first, then rear.
Can't wait to get it back on Monday.
