The problem stems from people hearing "lifetime" and immediately associate it with "never", when, in fact the lifetime of the fluid is considered to be 100,000 miles...as stated like you say.

Asked to have it done, no problem, no discussion. I did kind of mention that I'd been reviewing the manual and was catching up on all my open maintenance requirements, but I don't get the impression that my dealership was unfamiliar with doing that work. So, in light of what "they say", I guess you can take my experience for whatever you think it's worth.

They're being sarcastic. The price you pay at the dealer isn't bad at all considering the fluid is pretty pricey.

Replaced burnt-out angel eye bulb

Replaced silver coated indicator bulbs with Osram Diadem bulbs

Piggybacked the FX-R bi-xenon wire into the halogen hi-beam plug

Ordered new PCV valves.

I'm guessing piggybacked the solenoid trigger wire to the halogens...essentially having a Xenon highbeam + halogen highbeam.

understood... :D

same effect could have been achieved by setting PWM_FL_BIX - wert_01 in the LCM module without running wires...

True, but the bi-xenon wire was just sitting there, so i figured why not?
