Had to glue the headliner up at the rear of the sunroof opening. No big deal except it stretched out the cloth cover around the lip when it caved in. I'll have to figure out how to get that adhered to the edge again.

Well, I rebuilt the transmission, replaced the front shaft coupling, valve cover gaskets, left front axle boot, auxiliary fan, upper radiator hose assembly, battery, left front lower ball joint, oil & filter....runs GREAT!

2001 X5 4.4 v8 180K miles

Almost forgot...drivers door handle carrier.
Total parts cost ~ $600 US

Had drivers side doors stripped and repainted. The clearcoat was peeling in a few spots..
