I put the bushings in the tension struts myself, $24 vs 115 each but a lot more labor if you dont have the tools to push the old out/new in

other than a few things like that nothing wrong with that kit

You're able to pull out that pusher fan with the bumper in place? :wow:
Everywhere I've read indicates that the bumper have to come out? :dunno:

That's not a pusher fan, that's the one that we have instead of a clutch fan.

This mornings job was trans filter and top up. Needed it too, there was probably 3.5 litres that came out and fairly dirty. It took 4.5ish to fill.
Drives heaps better.

Ruined my fuel economy thou... now at 22l/100kms. :yikes:

We also have his and hers X5's but the wife's is an e70. We needed the diesel fuel economy and the bigger interior is nice as well.

Hers is a Sapphire Black(?) on black 06/03 diesel with sport suspension, seats, nav, and staggered 20's

And mine is Titanium Silver 11/04 4.4 with sport suspension, seats and not staggered 20's :(

Replaced valve body solenoids in the 4.4. Shifts great now. Also replaced exhaust flange gasket on the 4.8is. No more ticking and fumes. :)
