What brand of spacers and what should I beware of?

non name brand product...

go with H&R and even ECS is cheaper....as for spacers .....id go either 25mm or 30mm....

Mounting bolts included, these spacers bolt to the hub and the wheels bolt to the spacers using your stock lug bolts.

are there any special lock nuts to prevent theft of my rims?

OE wheel locks from bmw..i bought it....$95..
