Spacers!?!
So got my 20" snowflake wheels, conti extreme contact new tires, Leman special edition flares and running boards.
Question is should I add spacers to my rear and/or front. I read so many stories that they brake or make crazy behavior and people ended up taking them out. I live in pothole country bay area CA, so I'm wondering if that it is a good idea. If yes, which ones and how many millimeters? Thanks |
what size is your spacers/>

No spacers yet, would like to buy them, but not sure because of what I've read in the forum.
My rims are 9.5" front and 10.5" rear, 20" rims. Tires are 275/40-20 front and 315/35-20 rear. |
heres a thread..you can comment to that one...actually theres a few here...>>>

Need to know wheels offset too, in order to recommend spacer's size. With quality spacers and proper installation, there should be no issue except maybe more strain on suspension parts but I can live with that.

Offsets for the rims are in MM
for instance fronts on mine are 30MM Rears are 45MM for a staggered set of Chrome 87's so yours are staggered but you need to know your offset #'s as well |

Do you have fender flares? If so, 25mm spacers in the rears. The fronts are fine.
