Excellent on the exhaust modding. I too have a magnaflow x-pipe centre section and custom magnaflow rear boxes too. The sound is truly epic on the 4.8.

Wait so are the zip ties permanent Mike? Or is that just temporary? It would annoy the hell out of me to have the washer tank rigged like that.
I know I'm just nitpicking but can you go and get one of those $50 angel eye bulb sets on ebay to get rid of the yellow? LOL |

Or msybe ill keep yellow. Lol |
Damn your X5 is awesome... I bet it sounds sick with that exhaust. The sound of the 4.8 was one of my favorite things about our X. I wish ours was more reliable.... we're still going through withdraw but the kids come first now.. we're down to 3 Bimmers lol.
Shoot me a PM if you need anything or have questions about the e46. Between my wife and I, we've had 3 of them. My black ZHP is pretty heavily modded. Dinan, LSD, short shifter, suspension, etc. etc. I have lots of spare parts laying around. I.E., I think I still have the stock ZHP springs... will lower a non sports package car about 3/4 inch or so... |
cool X5
