As of today he is now driving a loaner RX350 (which Lexus finally decided to give him after figuring out teh repair might take a longer time than they've anticipated) and teh Lexus already managed to make him pretty :angryfire (some retarded "costumer service" representative called him yesterday and spewed some complete BS about "your phone might not be "compatible enough" with teh RX350's bluetooth system" :confused:, completely ignoring the fact that everything was working perfectly during the first week of ownership and during the times between repairs and this exact phone still works perfectly when connecting to teh bluetooth system of another RX350 (also a brand-new model which is owned by his wife)...
