I think you can get some of the options included in package as À la carte instead of whole package e.g. just the heated rear seats or if you do not want the auto high beams.
My combo:
hi-gloss roof rails
Cold weather pack
Rear view cam
Head-up Display

Don't need the BMW premium sound and if I tint all windows than don't need Rear climate either.

When do you think the US car configuration will go up on bmwusa.com?

And Sun, why not get the premium sound?

I think the stock sound is pretty good. Stock is miles better than the E53 premium sound.

Where are you getting this info?? By the way, I'm talking prices in the US, not Dubai. RBoosted is likely right. If you go through the list of options and packages, I cannot envision a fully loaded X5///M exceeding $105k sticker. We'll need to wait on the options prices to know more specifically. Still a huge discount vs. a similarly loaded Cayenne Turbo or Turbo S. I mean it's at least $10k difference with just the Cayenne Turbo, and forget the Turbo S! So with this new beast, BMW is sticking a roundel-decorated middle finger at Porsche and at AMG.
I was referring to the Build Your Own X5 M on BMW UK. The loaded X5 M comes to about $80,000 British Pounds before taxes which is about USD 135,000. In Dubai a mostly loaded X5 M will be USD $150,000.

OK, that clears things up. I guess it helps to be in the US to get the $105k "bargain". Is the 'M' version coming out of Spartanburg with all the non-'M' X5s??

Yes, the X ///M models are built in the same factory with all the other Xs, however, the engine is coming from Germany as normal.
