Anyone have any experience with having the abs module rebuilt? I also need to purchase a wheel speed sensor. Does anyone know somewhere that sells quality wheel sensors for a reasonable price? Lol thats like asking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, i know, but i figured i would ask.

AutoHaus AZ or ECS Tuning should be good vendors to secure the wheel speed sensors.

I am in New Zealand and buy all my BMW parts from eeuroparts.com, even with the freight it is 3 or 4 times cheaper than local BMW agent!

Hey BomberNZ...

Yeah, I try to support the local dealer where I can but when it comes down to big $$ savings, online go I.

Don't have a lot of joy with the USA-based dealers - no diesel parts - so I tend to use UK-based dealers. Still cheaper....

Had to buy a wheel sensor from O'Reiiley when Turner Motorsport sent me the wrong sensor for my car, even though I gave them my VIN number. The sensor has been in the X for the past three years. Got the sensor the same day that I went to their store and they told me the sensor have a lifetime warranty.

I just wish I would've realized the fuse was blown before I broke the nipple off of the old fuel pump cardridge. I still believe i should replace the fuel filter/regulator. Also I believe my alternator is going bad which is what caused the fuse to blow when I read the voltage it's bouncing around from 13.6 to 13.8 while driving. When I first installed it it was a steady 14.1. Does this sound like a bad alternator to you? I did put a brand-new battery in.
Sorry for he resurrection. Where is this fuse located? Under dash panel?
