Going back to where I started is not as easy as it sounds. Per the Seicane instructions I cut off both connectors that went into the back of the nav unit. I'm about 95% sure the wires are in the right slots for the blue connector. The other connector has three black wires, all the same, so I don't know what black wire they should be connected to. I completed the first try this evening. The nav unit comes on but nothing is on the screen. There are 5 more ways the wires could go.

I asked for clarification from Seicane for their fix. The response made no sense. They are saying the previous instructions were representative not exact. Said what wires shouldn't be connected and didn't say what wires should be connected or to where.

If the colors are exactly the same it shouldn't matter what slot they are in as long as that slot should have that color in it.

Do you have a pic of the connector after putting it back?

The colors are the same, however, there is a red band on one, a black on another and a white on the third. The band looks like heat shrink connector but it is from the factory. Each has a semi clear and black wire that the bands connect together and then each of the banded pairs go into separate slots. So while the wire colors going into the three bands are the same, the bands that integrate them are 3 different colors. My guess is that means they go in particular slots but maybe not.

Just a little input to the install of the HU.
I bought the same seicane as crows, after reading his review/installation guide, and I came up with the same problem.
HU turn on, but no sound.

After a lot of help from crows I figured out which cable would turn on the the amp.
So as crows, I took an extra wire, and spliced the factory cable, and put on the wire nr. 16 (amp) behind the seicane unit.
And now everything works,
Steering wheel buttons, backup sensors.
I can even stream Musik from my phone.

Do you have NAV and DSP?

Sounds like you posted two potential solutions.

The first one-- How do I figure out which cable will turn on the amp and where should I look? What factory cable are you referencing? Where is nr. 16 amp connection?

The second---Number 5 wire in front is clear. Where is the auto ant wire in the rear? The only blue/white wire is in the original factory harness.

To all following: I am sure of this---don't cut any wires, disconnect wires from a connection or install the IBUS app or wire it in before you get the Seicane unit up and running with sound. Make no permanent connections until all is tested. Run the Seicane harness over the seats until all features of Seicane unit have been tested and are working properly. Once I get the unit up and running I will drive it for a week or so with temporary setup, then install the DVD player and back up camera. Only then install the and connect the IBUS. I am going to drive it for a another week to make sure everything continues to work. Only then will I hide the harness and do permanent connections.

If at all possible work with someone here that has the same factory options. In my case Nav and DSP. Thus far Seicane input and stock install directions have been useless.

Nr.16 (amp) is behind the seicane unit.
The picture i posted, show every wire on the seicane unit.

In my case I connected it to the white wire in the hatch area.

Yes mine has factory nav and dsp.

The one bcredliner has is the 9 inch tablet model which is not the one we have but it should be about the same.

Just temporarily jump 12V to the white wire and see if it powers up the amp?

Ohm it out and make sure it is not the white wire up front. Yeah, 12V on the iBus wire would not be good.
