I idled for 10 minutes and forgot to get a picture so I restarted it to grab the idling in 45c picture

Also normal and nothing to worry about. A lot of folk slam the temp gauge for it's damped readings but remember that all engines can vary in operating temp a bit and most drivers barely even look at a temp gauge (present company excepted!!!). You DO know that most us on Xoutpost aren't really normal, right...?
