For the 67 Chevelle it's a NOS 250 HP intake port system with a dominator. Once I get it in the car I'll take it to the dyno and it may be making over 1000 hp on the bottle. The E-85 alcohol is something I haven't ran before so it might be a pleasant surprise hp wise! I like that qouote "loud pipes save bikers from old ladies"! How about "loud exhaust keeps environmentalists away"???

I wanted something with a deeper sound and something different. I had no problems with the straight pipes but heard how this sounded on another car and decided to give it a try.
So far, I'm liking it, I just need wait for it to break in a bit to get the true sound.

No, not at all, if anything it helped make the acceleration more linear and smooth.
I liked it.
Maybe next I'll just run straight pipes with no muffler.

Listen, I'm not getting into this with you. I don't have to justify a damn thing I do to my X with you. You have not heard the exhaust, so you cannot say anything about how loud it is. You want to make a comment about how loud an exhaust is, do it on your X and then you can comment.
BTW, the 4.4 isn't much quieter than a 4.8 so I guess you contribute your fair share of noise pollution. There may be debate however as which creates more, your exhaust or your mouth. We have been through whole mod or not to mod with you. If you don't like the idea, all you had to post is the following: I think the exhaust is fine the way it is.

No need for a debate! His mouth creates more pollution !!
