the problem with the 12v slots is they dont turn off when the car is off. this puts alot of excess drain on the battery and can cause them to need to be replaced sooner. i've had mine replaced once already because of it.

I replaced the flashlight with an LED Lifelite. Much brighter and reliable. 7 year shelf life.
how much was that LED life lite? i had the disposable style one in my firefighting helmet but it crapped out really quickly.

Holding the unlock button not only opens all the windows, it opens the sunroof too...which is SO key in the middle of summer to cool the car down.

The back compartment on the right in the wall of the trunk is perfect for storing booze...if you happen to be under 21.

The bottom of the back seat pops up off the car for easy cleaning if something gets down through where the seat belt receiver is

The rear view fogs up if you turn the A/C on full and its really humid.

You're not actually supposed to let your car sit and warm up. The manual says put it in drive and don't let it sit.

There are wheel chocks next to the spare tire in the back.

If your center console is the deep version, it functions as a perfectly good cigar humidor.

The back seats lean up and down a little...and there are additional controls for it back where the tailgate is.

hey thanks for the tip re: the clutchless upshifts ... but i guess my only issue is that it takes a while because you have to wiat for the revs to drop before engaging the next gear

how about on your rear view mirror, if you turn the small red light under the rear view mirror , it will go into some sort of dark mode incase some jerk behind you is flashing his high beams.

No such problem for me. The passenger either holds his cup or he's walking Seriously, it is a rediculous design not being able to fit 2 medium sized drinks in there. It is obviously designed only for bottles and cans.

Its a european car. The cupholders actually dont fit any cups. However, the car has three ashtrays.
