Extended Warranty recommendations

Hi all,
I am looking to purchase a 2010 X5 black on black with almost every option. The only thing is it has 60K miles and I am sure you all would recommend that I should get extended warranty on it. The dealer is offering Easycare or ASC. Do you guys recommend any of these ? or should i buy the warranty myself from somewhere outside ?
he is selling the car for 31K and it looks and rides great. What do you all think ?

Thought I would give an update.

I really can't say enough good things about this warranty and how the company and Mile One BMW in Silver Spring Md worked together for me.

The transmission failed and was replaced, $0 to me and I had a free BMW loaner the entire time.

The left front air shock failed, $0 to me and free BMW loaner.

The right front air shock failed, $0 to me and free BMW loaner.

A few other minor parts failed and the same, $0 to me and a new BMW loaner.

The initial cost was a fair amount of money but it clearly paid for itself, a few times over.

My Service Advisor, Kevin Hull is professional and trustworthy and he worked with the warranty company to get them to pay for the repairs.

While the x5 is an amazing vehicle, I prefer to have an extended warranty beyond the 50k miles with a $0 deductible so I have no out of pocket and the cost of ownership is actually lower than the norm. This was a winning formula for this vehicle. I still have 12k left or till 9/15 before expiration. I may investigate availability and cost to extend or purchase a new policy, I enjoy the 4.8is that much.

If I can't find one I will likely hold onto it if/until there is a number of major expenses. But, if I do decide to sell it, I have been thinking of a '13 X5M as a replacement, last year of the model run etc. anyone have experience with extended warranties for X5M's?
