People what can you say about ConocoPhillips Dextron VI
Can I use it instead Valvoline or Petro-Canada?

If you are going to go Dexron VI, then any Dexron VI will do. GM does not allow much variation from one brand to another. Valvoline is the only one that says they are full synthetic, so I might choose them over the others, but they will all be pretty good.

My decision to go with Redline D4ATF was based on many other people using it with good results in their A5S390R transmission. I have not seen many reports of people going with a Dexron VI for that transmission, and I wanted to see more reports of good results with it in that transmission before I made the switch myself.

Let us know what you decide and how it works out.

Ok, I'll make photos and report "How did I change fluid in transmission".
I hope everything will be fine.

Since BMW advise Dexon III for the transfer case, how about using Dexon VI istead? Can not find any such experience throughout the internet.

You are partially correct. Dexon III ATF is specified for NON x-drive transfer cases only.

I believe that BMW just recommends DexIII.

I would not go with Dex VI in this case. 1) Because I have not heard of anyone else doing it and 2) because GM started out suggesting Dex VI for their manual transmissions, but then found it caused problems and pulled back.

I just picked up 8 quarts of the Valvoline DEX VI from my local NAPA. It was on sale for $6.50/qt. Also grabbed 2 quarts of Valvoline SynPower 75w-90 Differential Fluid which were definitely not on sale @ $13.90/qt. I have yet to order the filter kit which I've found @ Pelican Parts for $28.xx. For the transfer case fluid I think I'll stick with the BMW stuff which Pelican also has for $47.50 for the litre. BavAuto has it cheaper but with shipping it's only $2 more @ Pelican.

Beating a dead horse here, but honestly for something that you do once every 30,000-50,000 miles I really don't see why buying the stuff BMW sells specifically for the car isn't the way to go, even if it costs you an extra $40.
