Just a few pics:

Nice X. I've never been a fan of blue cars/trucks in general, but it sure does look good in the 4.8is. Enjoy!

Does anyone know if 'Adaptive Headlights' is a standard equipment for right hand drive (ECU) E53 X5 4.8is? If not, is it possible to upgrade normal xenon light to adaptive headlight?

Thanks, I don't blame you. My cars have always been black, but I just couldn't keep up with the maintenance anymore. I wasn't sure I'd like it, but once I saw it in person, it sealed the deal. I do have to say though that if the 4.8is was available in white (in the US), that would have been my first choice.

I still have all these parts in my garage. They are just sitting collecting dust. I know some of you can use them... let me know.

Thanks,
Ryan

-Water pump
-Thermostat
-All cooling hoses
-AC/ ACC Belts
-Fuel pump (OEM)

I also have BMW roof racks and Roof box for sale. $400.00

I'd like to get rid of this stuff asap. Thanks!

(Please feel free to move to FS section)

Thanks,
Ryan

Values?

Can anyone explain to me why in my quest for a good 4.8is I keep coming across 2004's with much higher prices than identical 05/06 models?

All things considered something seems odd when a mint 04 is $8k more than one two years newer. What am I missing?

There are several threads here to avoid 2004 4.8is if you can. Go for 05 or 06.

Ideally I'd like an 06 but I wouldn't pass up the right 05.
