I put in a new battery today. Surprisingly the OEM battery lasted for 7 years and almost 60,000 miles. Bought a Bosch from Pep Boys for $100 bucks.

Took out TCU and amplifier because it was filled with water, opened each one, cleaned and sprayed with moisture remover, replaced and now no more noise from speakers

Sounds like you need to check the rear drains of your sunroof if you had water there, there are a few good threads on that situation too.
