Used rapid fix welding glue to fix the drivers side door latch... it is kinda embarrassing to have to roll down the window to let yourself out because a stupid little plastic tab broke off of the latch where the bowden cable hooks for the inner opener. And I refused to buy a $200 latch for a little plastic tab! (but that glue works really good!)

Removed the latch assembly, used the adhesive to stick the plastic bracket back in place, then used the adhesive and "welding powder" to add up a some structural integrity to the piece at the break sites. The glue works very well.

Someone already uploaded the video that comes with the glue kit to youtube, so here it is.

The glue has really been impressing me, not only did the latch repair work perfectly but I tried it on rubber today. I was working on an E53 and the rubber strap that holds the jack had torn off at the bottom. I used the glue to stick that back together and not only did it hold really well (I pulled pretty hard and it was seriously stuck together) but the glue joint was still flexible, didn't feel hardened by the glue.
