New Roundel
Winter took its toll on the hood - ended up with a few knicks, plenty of swirls from the carwash, and a chipped emblem. Decided to use this beautiful spring day to wash, clay, polish & wax the hood - and bestow the X with a shiny new Roundel.
Included a few before/during/after shots. There was definitely some grime under there - dirt and polish residue left by the orbital last fall. Found a nasty gash under the old roundel from the careless bastard who replaced the last one (before I bought it in '04). Feels good knowing there's a good coat of wax under there now! Alright headed back to the garage to wax the door jambs  My neighbors think I'm insane.
