Re-repolished the "new" headlight. Did it once and was unhappy with the results. Much better now. Will install as soon as I get a chance.

Wrap the lights. It's the UV that degrades the plastic fwiw. Of of all the PPF, Suntek has the best clarity.

you really should spray them with a high UV Clear

Max 2K clear is the ticket as its a 2 part that self mixes in the spray can.
Did my lenses like 4yrs ago and still look like new

just sand them down with no finer than about 1000 to give the clear something to grip and spray

Meguiars sells a uv clear coat for headlights. You can get it at AutoZone.

Thats not a permanent fix, that stuff is good for 6 months at most(they claim 1yr). If you wash it a lot or in a hostile environment that stuff wont protect for more than a few months

Do it right the first time and you wont have to do it again

When I did mine I polished them out and then shot them with this stuf: https://www.amazon.com/U-S-Chemical-...xy+spray+paint

Still looking good a couple years down the road.

yep that is the good stuff. same stuff I used.

If you really want to get crazy, sand to 800 or so, clear with this stuff. Give it about a week to really finish curing and then go in and sand again(VERY LIGHTLY) with 1200+ and polish and they will be better than new
