Detail

In the last 6 months, I have spent several thousands getting all the maintenance items updated; valley pan, injectors, belts, hoses, full tune, radiator, etc.... hopefully good for another 100k! ...So I spent the entire day cleaning and a full detail. Wash, vaccumed the interior and LEXALed the leather, Cleaned all the brake dust from the inner wheels... Looks outstanding! not bad for 124k miles; looks and smells brand new again!

Now, its going to rain!

Got my air conditioner re gassed, it's now freezing again. Got camber pins for the front and had the rears adjusted to straighten everything up. And had an alignment and balance.

Gave the seats a leather balm treatment. Car smells brand new.

Updated my MkIII software and put in the 2011 Nav disk.

117000 kms (72000 miles)

My X5 E53 4.6is today

Had transmission checked tried ti get it flushed & new fluid but of course the cooler inlet is to large for the rushing unit to connect properly so just had the diff oil changed& new wiper blades. 2 weeks ago have oil system flush & oil change penziol 5W30, throttle body clean injector clean new air filter & cooling system pressure check & new fluid.
Bought front & rear camber/toe kits from Kmac to align it all up it's close but not quite a bit of rear tyre inner wear as it's lowered 40mm from & rear front with king springs & whiteline comp sway bar, the rear was lowered with the diagnostic computer to reset the zero height setting to match the front springs.

So no I need to fing someone in Newcastle to adapt & flush my transmission get the Kmac camber kits installed & aligned the it's time for new front & rear brake rotors & red stuff pads all round

And then its time for forced induction!!!

Replaced tires after 12k mi. thanks to the crazy amount of rear camber the X has. Having it 4 wheel aligned. Took it to a tire shop and not BMW hope they do ok.
