Thank you. What you see below the wood in the photo are my E39s VCs that I had prepped and loved and primed and painted wrinkle red which lasted less than a year. Those will be next once the X back together.
Yes sir, my screen doesn't show the color very well, its fire engine red, very deep and bright. I wanted to go Alzarin Crimson but it was going to be 2x the price and a custom mix so 2x the wait. Took me a bit of calling around Houston to find a place that would even take them. Some said their insurance wouldn't allow magnesium, others acted like I was asking them to do vibranium and had no idea that the process was different. The X is my daily so we'll see how they hold up. |
