New rims/tires. New drilled and slotted rotors. The rears finally fill out the rear arch!

Thanks Ricky! Very happy with the corners, lets hope it all holds up . The tips are finally aligned, I love the way they came out. A few pages back are the details of them, should be Page 180. X5SND you mean the gap? Hood needs to be aligned. It was taken off so many damn times from the fender work. The interior needs to get finished with the ceiling in black, as well as the pillars. Gray looks so out place in there. I'm told the wheel alignment came out $$$ so it drives like a dream now.
Every time I see those grills they appear like a pre-facelift....maybe its just the color playing tricks on my geriatric eyes!

Yes, I was referring to the the fender gap, makes sense now though! Definitely looking forward to the completed pics!!

X5SND your eyes are not deceiving you. Those are pre-facelift grills on a pre-facelift hood on a pre-facelift X5 . pnoyako85 yes the flares are paint-matched, the entire car is paint-matched. On Black is usually not a problem and now the car looks really sharp with everything glossed out. I will ask the shop for pics when they get a chance.

Finally finished my complete suspension rebuild today. Now it literally feels like a new vehicle. Alignment is booked for 8am Monday.

Today's accomplishments:
-Rear lower control arm bushings
-Rear ball joints
-Trailing arm integral links
-Sway bar links & bushings

The LCA bushings were a pain in the ass. Apparently the aluminum does not take kindly to years of salt/chemical punishment. It should be a while before I have to do any suspension work now though!

Facelift bumper and lights then? Apparently I'm lost here! lol

Basically. The stock prefacelift front fenders were modified to fit the facelift headlights and 4.8iS front bumper. I wanted to do the update but I wanted to see how many corners I could cut. After some measuring of both headlight assemblies I realized it was very possible but I would have to take a chance to try and make the fenders work. Everything worked out great and so far I've kept the budget relatively low with all the work thats been done.
