I changed the driver's side axle, again!!! Second time in 3 weeks. First one was from EMPI and it was too fat, causing the clamp to come off the inside boot and spay grease all over. What a mess. Got a new one from FCP and so far seems to be good. Looks just like the original. I did shave off about 3.5 hours from the first time I did it 3 weeks ago. 2.5 hours this time. still a hell of a job to get that damn inside part out.

As much as I love my X, it's sending me to the poor house. I miss the ride and handling. But I am very happy with my 4runner.
