Today I Replace the Transmission filter and change the Transmission fluid with ZF,the differentials a and the transfer-case.
No more hard shift....SO FARR...

I think there only 5 bucks anyways. if you ever have to take the reinforcement plate off someday you will more than likely find it there.

Replaced a few button caps on the HVAC unit after the wife sucked a couple up into our vacuum cleaner... $115 mistake...

I replaced some buttons on my E53 today, too. It was missing three of them when I bought it. I got lucky enough to win this auction on eBay for $1.25, though: BMW E39 5' s AC A C Automatic Air Conditioning Climate Control Heater Unit Klima | eBay.

Got everything I needed, plus a nice stockpile of replacements in case I need them, or in case I want to be one of those assholes who sells individual buttons on eBay for $20 each (I don't).
