Did away with the air suspension once and for all and installed KW V3s and had my front wheel bearings replaced.
Thinking about selling my new OEM front bags that only have ~100mi on them—any idea what they may be worth?

Do the X5s with air suspension have it in rear only, or all 4 corners? Thanks |

^^^some E53 have all 4 corners you would have the ride height switch next to the light switch if so.

4.6is has rear air only whereas the 4.8is has all 4 IIRC.

After getting a confirming scan at the nearest BMW dealer, I fixed what caused my 'service engine' light: replaced the valve to the secondary air pump and a post-Cat O2 sensor. Given my mileage [109k plus], I replaced all four sensors and did the spark plugs, too, along with an oil change. Had a valve cover gasket leak [oil in some of the plugs] so I replaced it, as well, with new rubber grommets. Spent maybe 5 hours in nice weather yesterday, taking my time, inspecting for other issues [thrust arm bushings [still ok] and power steering [need a flush, will probably replace the reservoir/filter when I do it, to get a fresh filter]. One tip: for these tasks, it really makes sense to remove both the windshield washer tank and the cabin air filter covers, even if you could reach back there without doing so. Much easier to reach the back of valve cover/back plug and to thread the post-cat O2 sensor lines through to the top of the engine with that stuff out of the way - and it gives you a chance to clean the leaves/dust etc. the accumulates under the cabin air filter. Heckuva lot easier maintenance job than doing the same tasks on my old E36 328iC .....
