I've got the same problem and have noticed lately the light output has even diminished - the lenses just aren't clear anymore at all. I'm thinking of replacing with some upgraded units. Anybody have suggestions?

Replaced the R front door latch/actuator and the interior cable, for the second time.

And installed the NEW Hella xenon headlight I scored on eBay for the princely sum of $5. Had to swap the ballast and bulbs over, but that was a 5min task. I now have two new pre-facelift headlights in my 01, woo hoo.

Depot seems to be the one that most are most satisfied with.

Very nice stuff X53Jay4.8is. Should lend a very nicely "refreshed" look to the engine bay.

You have a local shop do your powdercoating? I'm always worried about giving stuff to motorcycle shops and places of that sort as I'm always afraid they will coat something that isn't supposed to be.
