Drilled into the concrete in 28 locations... WORKS AWESOME. Could not be happier. Just wish I would have done it two years ago when I originally started to seriously consider it...

Bookmarked that for a future purchase... Nice garage setup.

I have 0 Apple products. Wait, I take it back... we have an iPod Nano from back in the day that my wife won at work.

Back of the car has four  stickers similar to how people use stick figures to represent family members.

I was asking if you did similar to represent your  family members.

Thanks very much for sharing. Definitely in my plan for the 4.6is recently purchased.

I was being sarcastic... Two big apples are wife and I, two little apples are son and daughter. Need to add another small apple in January

Finished up the timing cover gaskets on the 4.4. No more leaks so far. Still have to change the SERP belt and idler pulley but confused about the pulley I got in the mail that is larger than the one in the car...

You can buy bmw scanner 1.4 from ebay or amazon and hook it up to the obd connector under the driver's dash. Fire up the software and check the SRS errors.

Nice! Did you replace the guides as well? How long did it take you?

I didn’t do the whole guides. I did the oil pan a few days before and everything looked solid. The car only has 132k on it but was developing a slow leak from the Vanos solenoid gasket / timing cover so I did it all with fresh VCGs. It’s my second time doing it so knowing what tools you need made the job easier but still took me several hours to do because the first time I did it was on my M62 E39.
