You can look at the bushings first to see if they look stressed and are tearing yet, but a braking induced wobble indicates the damage is already done. I've seen on here a few times where someone replaced OEM arms with the cheap eBay ones and caused issues. The cheap ones are just that, cheap. If you used the cheap no name arms I'd consider doing them over with Febi arms or OEM.
