Glad to be here. That CDV mod is definitely on my list. Need to address some maintenance items first, but will hopefully be doing some fun upgrades soon

3.0 M54
5 Speed Manual
161,000 Miles
Black headliner
E70 Wheels
Rear suspension converted to static

Needs a bit of work still to be 100%. Looking like shifter bushings, front CV boots, sway links and control arms, O2 sensors, and (hopefully not) catalytic converters (threw an SES light the day after I brought it home). Pretty pleased with it so far though.

Glad you posted these pics. I have the same set of wheels with snows sitting in my garage off of my wife's e70. They really freshen up the look on these X5's.

I took Green Dragons advice and bought eBay headers. Everything fits except the connection to the mid pipe. Going to the shop tomorrow to have them modified. Thank god it's only a mile away. Open headers are VERY VERY loud.

I'll let you know... Just the power gains alone could be worth it. Haven't had enough balls to floor it with open headers. The whole city would hear me.

Did you get the 330I headers? Do you have a link to the ones you ended up getting?

Thanks again!
