Glad to hear you are a jersey guy, my grandparents have had a house in LBI since before I was born, my wife's family also frequents Chadwick Beach. Good times, but much different down there now after Sandy. Your travels sound great and I'm sure sf bay is gorgeous, I wouldn't mind getting out of jersey someday myself, but I'd rather move down south (more freedom) personally.
