My total is the following
NBT head $400
NBT screen $100
NBT controller $150
NBT emulator $500
NBT harness $50
CIC radio faceplate $140
CIC center console trim $73
XM extension fakra $24
2nd antenna extension fakra $20
bluetooth antenna fakra $8
Home Depot 2 lead shielded wire for mics $24
ethernet cable for coding $0
1/8 12"x12" thermoforming ABS $6.00
Time for the retrofit depends upon hourly rate
Time to modify screen depends upon hourly rate

All the hardware is installed, I need to code the HU. I have no sound, I disconnected the TCU and terminated the MOST. I read online I have to code KOMBI, I ordered an enet cable but read online that since I'm coming from CCC i will need to rewire some cables to the ODB2 connecter. Waiting on cable to continue the process.

Ojo,
You can wire an ethernet wire directly to the NBT. I think its easier that way. The laptop has to have an ethernet port. You will need Esys up and running.

Now that you mention it, it does seem like an easier method. I was just following the instuctions on my PDF which is telling me to route 5 cables from the quadlock to the OBD2 on my vehicle. Do you know which wires I'll need to tap into if I were to go with that route?

What instructions are you using for the wiring? I just received my kit from bimmerretrofit.com and preparing for installation. The problem I am not looking forward too is the mounting of the 10.2 screen. Purchased an extra monitor trim piece that I'll cut to help mount the screen but am running into a bit of a snag on the "brackets" germaniks.com states to use to secure the screen to the car. Got to find the right ones to make it work.

Plus I'm a bit of a chicken when it comes to cutting the trim to fit. Want it to look stock and not like some hack job.

Too bad we're across the country from each other, could band together and make the installations a lot easier.

I also got my adapter from BimmerRetrofit, just make sure to download the PDF from their website as the one they sent me to my email was outdated. I used some brackets and zipties for my screen, I just kept playing with it until I felt it was secure. I still have an opening behind the screen I have to find some plastic that matches my dash to cover it up. And yes lol two heads would be better than one

You have to log in and tben go into the 'Download' section... they sent me revision 1.24 on my email but revision 2.04 is on their website. Write down the number on the actual sticker on your adapter, you'll need it to activate the adapter.
