Sadly, while I absolutely adore my 2011 X5d and would hate to lose it, this is realistically the only way I could replace it semi-economically. I don't even know what I want or would look for. Probably another diesel even though diesel has skyrocketed to about 30% more than even premium gasoline when it used to be just a few cents more than low-grade around here. A Porsche Cayenne looks cool and for some reason the Jaguar F-PACE, too. Wouldn't mind another X5, of course.

Thanks, yea nobody was hurt thanfully and Geico gave me better value than if I had sold it

Tech updates and much better MPG on the new X3 are very nice.
